Situated in a luxury condo complex in the heart of Santa Monica. This suite includes a nicely furnished bedroom with a sitting area, a large private bathroom with a bath tub, a kitchenette with a sizable fridge, microwave, tea and coffee station. Located in prime area of Santa Monica!

Booking Procedure

• Contact Alexandra at lana@roadtoIdentity.com with your booking request.
• We will respond within 24 hours with the amount to pay and will put on hold accommodations for 48 hours.
• To secure these accommodations you will have to make a payment within 48 hours.
• The price per night for master suite is $129 with no fees attached, which is a substantial savings from what you would pay if you book our room via Airbnb!
• All proceeds from your booking will go to support programs of a non-profit 501c3 corporation, Ballet & Identity!

Guest access

Guests will have two keys, one from the building, and another from the guest Suite. Guests must have their keys at all times to enter building.The condo unit has a digital lock and guests will get the code and how to use it during the Welcome tour.

Interaction with guests

Guests have private use of the bedroom & bathroom in their Suite with a door that closes it off from the rest of the Condo. On the day of arrival, Host will meet guests at the scheduled time and give them a Welcome tour. During the tour, guests will get a Key and a free street Parking Permit (if they have a car). The host is happy to interact with the guests, sharing recommendations of places to visit and enjoy in our neighborhood and greater LA

House Rules

We are happy to host everyone who respects the policies and rules of our household. Our main concern is the comfort of all our guests. In order to ensure this, we ask you to thoroughly read and agree with our house rules before booking your reservation.

• CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT TIMES: Check-in window 3 pm-12 am; Checkout time 11 am
• SECURITY POLICY: Only guests who are indicated on the original reservation request are allowed to stay in the condo at any time.
• RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT: Guests are expected to be respectful of anyone that lives in or is visiting the building at all times. No excessive noise is allowed at anytime.
• QUIET HOURS: Guests must be especially mindful of noise levels during our Quiet Hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must use headphones to listen to music and talk quietly during these hours.
• COMMUNICATION WITH HOST: Guests must have a way to communicate with Host through WhatsApp or email.
• If there are any kind of problems with the accommodations, guest must communicate this to the host ASAP.
• EMERGENCY: If emergency happens and guest is not around, host has a right to enter guest room if necessary.
• KEYS: Guests will have 2 keys: one for the building door and a second key for their room. The keys must be returned at checkout time. If the keys are not returned, guest must agree to pay $50 key recovery fee.
• PARKING PERMIT: Guests with a car are provided with a Street Parking Permit, which must be returned at check-out time. If the keys are not returned, guest must agree to pay $50 parking permit recovery fee.
• LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Available after 11:15 am on the check-in day and must be arranged with the host.
• NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in Condo at any time.
• NO SMOKING. NO SUBSTANCE USE: Smoking, irresponsible drinking or recreational drugs are PROHIBITED in the Condo at any time.
• LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• BRING YOUR SLIPPERS: We have a shoes-off policy: no outdoor shoes to be worn inside of Condo.
• CONSERVE WATER & ELECTRICITY: To conserve electricity usage, we ask Guests to always turn off light and electric devices, heating or cooling before exiting condo. During Drought Recovery in the state of California we ask our guests to be mindful of water usage.

Directions from LAX

BY CAR
Most our guests use Uber to get from LAX to us, but if you have a car, then we will give you a free street Parking Permit, which is required in Santa Monica after 6 pm.

BY BUS
You can take Big Blue Bus 3 or Rapid 3 (R3, which runs only on weekdays in the mornings) – it is considered the most affordable way to get to and from LAX. 

• 1 – FROM LAX Baggage Claim Terminals
  Take SHUTTLE C (free of charge – runs every 15 min.) to “CITY BUS CENTER – LAX” (one stop)
• 2 – at the CITY BUS CENTER (aka LAX New Transit Center) BAY 1 take BIG BLUE BUS 3 to Santa Monica –
• 3 – get off at the last stop ((Arizona and 5th street) – it is three blocks from us.
• 4 – The trip takes about one hour.
• 5 – From there walk to our building – about 7 min walk.
