Check-in time
Our check-in window is between 3 pm and 11 pm. You can check-in any time after 3 pm. If you are arriving after 11 pm please confirm your arrival time with the host and be aware of our Quiet Hours Rules.
Luggage drop off is available after 11:30 am. If you would like to drop off your luggage, please arrange with the host.
Check-in Instructions
Get the keys from a Lock Box and enter the building
- Go down to our underground garage entrance and find a LOCK BOX named: ALEXANDRA
- On the lock box, enter the code 2200, PRESS DOWN the button on the left and OPEN the lock box from the top.
- Get the keys and close the lock box. (Large golden key is for outside building door. Small silver key is for your room). ALWAYS CARRY THE KEYS WITH YOU
- Go to the left side of the building that says “1044” and use the square key to open the door.

Open unit 106 door using digital code
In front of Unit 106 door: Press 2200 and then the “Lock” button and the door will open (you will hear door unlock and then push door open)
Get Parking Permit on Entryway table
- On the entryway table you will find STREET PARKING PERMIT (if you have a car). In Santa Monica, a street parking permit is required from 6 pm till 8 am. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET AFTER 6 PM WITHOUT PARKING PERMIT!

ALWAYS CHECK PARKING SIGNS FOR RESTRICTIONS! Be aware of street cleaning hours on Tuesday and Wednesday!
From 6 pm till 8 am, a street Parking Permit is required in Santa Monica. You get a FREE street Parking Permit upon your arrival. With this permit you can park within 2-blocks-radius from our building. Hang permit on mirror of your car facing you. Look at other cars to make sure that you hang permit correctly.
Sign the Key/Parking Permit Form
Sign the frorm, which is on the entryway table that you received the Keys & Parking Permit (if you have a car).
- Please update us about your check-in status: 1) if you were able to successfully check-in or 2) if you need help.
Checkout Instructions
Checkout time is 11 am. Please do not forget to return Keys and Parking Permit (if you obtained it) to avoid charges from your security deposit.
Put the Keys back into the Lock Box
Please put the Keys into the Lock Box (where you got them)
Leave the Parking Permit on the Entryway table
If you used the Parking Permit for your car, please leave it on the Entryway table (where you got it)

Luggage drop-off on check-in day

Biking the Beach Path in Santa Monica
Biking the beach path in Santa Monica, CA, involves riding the famous Marvin Braude Coastal Bike Trail (The Strand). The beach path through Santa Monica is a dedicated 8.5-mile, paved Class 1 trail. It is flat, accessible, and completely separated from pedestrian traffic for most of its length.
Many of our guests use Santa Monica Beach Bicycle Rentals located at 1428 4th, Santa Monica, CA 90401. They have reasonable pricing and provide good service.
House Rules
We are happy to host everyone who respects the policies and rules of our household. Our main concern is the comfort of all our guests. In order to ensure this, we ask you to thoroughly read and agree with our house rules before booking your reservation.
Security Policy
Only guests who are indicated on the original reservation request are allowed to stay in the condo at any time. If the host becomes aware of an outside party inside the condo, the outside party will be asked to leave the premisses immediately and the digital lock on the condo unit door will be changed. The guest will incur a Security Breach fee of $100 to be recovered from guest’s security deposit.
Respectful Environment
Guests are expected to be respectful of anyone that lives in or is visiting the building at all times. No excessive noise is allowed at anytime.
Quiet Hours
Guests must be especially mindful of noise levels during our Quiet Hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No excessive noise is allowed at anytime. But you must be especially mindful of noise levels during our Quiet Hours.
- USE HEADPHONES to listen to music or play videos.
- ENTER AND EXIT QUIETLY (do not bang the door)
- NO BANGING OR KNOCKING AT THE DOOR
- NO SHOWER ALLOWED DURING QUIET HOURS

Communication with Host
Guests must have a way to communicate with Host through Airbnb messaging. Guest also must have a way to communicate with host via calls when necessary.
If there are any kind of problems with the accommodations, guest must communicate this to the host ASAP.
Keys
Guests will have 2 keys: one for the building door and a second key for their room. The keys must be returned at checkout time. If the keys are not returned, guest will incur a fee of $50 to be recovered from guest’s security deposit.
Parking Permit
Guests with a car are provided with a Street Parking Permit, which must be returned at check-out time to avoid a recovery fee of $150 from guest’s security deposit.
Luggage Drop Off
Available after 11:30 am on the check-in day and must be arranged with the host.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in Condo at any time.
No Smoking, No Substance Use
Smoking, irresponsible drinking or recreational drugs are PROHIBITED in the Condo at any time.
LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
BRING YOUR SLIPPERS
We have a shoes-off policy: no outdoor shoes to be worn inside of Condo.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to enter your room for any urgent or emergency situations and appointments relating to safety and building repairs. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation.
